I have been an amateur photographer for a little over a year now. I am starting to prefer doing nature photography, though I occasionally will shoot urbex for fun. I find that I am most inspired when walking by the lake, ocean, in the forest or in fields.

I play with HDR in Photomatix now and then, though my passion is shooting pure and clean (as little processing as possible). In the beginning, I tried to play with every trick in the book. But I find the best shots only need a mild sharpening and a light curve adjustment (The D80 is a limited camera!)
